these to me were the top 50 best games of the 7th gen (honorable mentions first. 👉 punchout wii, heavy rain, gears of war 1, killzone 3, sin & punishment, 3d dot game heroes, no more heroes 1, crysis 1 & 2, puppetear, borderlands 1, metal gear rising: revegeance, kh: birth by sleep, the witcher 2, fallout new vegas, dead space 3, ff13, sonic generations & sonic colors). 50. the legend of zelda: skyward sword (main quest was kinda weak but it holds some of the greatest dungeons in the series and bosses are also some of the best) 49. LA noire (kinda heavy at times but still interesting and makes u feel like a real detective) 48. super smash bros brawl (was the best up to this point until ultimate) 47. halo reach (honestly a huge improvement from that trash odst) 46. god of war: ghost of sparta (only good one outta the weak prequel trilogy, better than ascension & chains) 45. portal 2 (p1's not that good but the sequel's much better) 44. resistance 1 & 2 (used to hate these 2 but they've honestly aged surprisingly well over the yrs) 43. max payne 3 (one of the only few great games from rockstar outside of their own sandbox genre) 42. halo 3 (tbh i no longer hate this series, atleast the bungie ones. i think we all hated on the halo series back in the day cuz it was trending. but honestly i like all the bungie halos, well...all except odst. even then halo 1 & 2 are still the 2 best halos but halo 3 is also great. halo > destiny, anyday) 41. bayonetta (i like this game but it's seriously overrated it's merely a great game but that's it it's sequel is far better though) 40. grand theft auto 4: complete edition (hated this game back then but over the yrs i've forgiven it, plus all the dlcs improved it. it's no where near as good as SA or 3 or another later on this list but still merely a great game) 39. new super mario bros wii (this is really the only one u need to play cuz the rest are all the same, besides this is still the best one) 38. infamous 2 (only great one in the series) 37. resident evil revelations 1 & 2 (nearly equal, 2's a little better but still gave it a tie cuz their close in quality) 36. dark souls 2 (horrible game at first since it wasn't as good as demon or dark but still it's aged decently over the yrs. very good game but will forever be the worst in the series) 35. dead space 1 (aside from the repetitive revisiting areas, the game is great) 34. ninja gaiden sigma 2 (hated it at first but grew on me over the yrs, still not as good as the first) 33. rayman legends & origins (equally as good, so tie) 32. resistance 3 (better than the first 2, only classic in the series) 31. tomb raidor reboot (first really great TR game & 2nd best behind it's sequel) 30. metroid prime 3 corruption (a underrated gem, gamers forgot how great this fps adventure game is. an improvement over echoes honestly) 29. ni no kuni (one of the best jrps of the 7th gen & level 5's best game) 28. journey (greatest indie game of all time) 27. vanquish (one of shinji's best games & tps's of the 7th gen) 26. borderlands 2 (better than the first) 25. metal gear solid: peace walker (probably the best handheld game of the 7th gen) 24. dead space 2 (best dead space hands down) 23. uncharted 3 (though not the masterpiece the 2nd was but still incredible, best mutiplayer in the series too) 22. the evil within (shinji mikami ended his career strong wit this one) 21. littlebigplanet 2 (waaaaaay better than the disappointing first game) 20. ratchet & clank: a crack & time & tools of destruction (pretty much equel, so another tie) 19. ninja gaiden sigma 1 (still the greatest ninja game ever made and awesome remake too. tbh, this would be in the top 10 of the 7th gen if it wasn't a straight remake only. if it added more things to it and had been better than ng black, it would definietily make it up there. but cuz it's just a plain remake and inferior to the previous version black, i don't feel confortable placing it in the top 10 of the 7th gen too. so therefor...i have to push it back a bit) 18. the elder scrolls V: skyrim (extremly addicting and fun immerssive world makes one wanna go exploring. wit loads of quests, dungeons and new sights makes this the best elder scroll) 17. bioshock infinite (almost the best fps of it's gen, almost) 16. grand theft auto 5 (huge step up from the great but disappointing 4th game) 15. the legend of zelda: twilight princess (didn't live up to the hype of being the best in the series during release but as yrs went on, it kinda gained that classic status that u would expect from most zeldas. best zelda of the 7th gen and the best dungeons in the series too) 14. batman arkham city (despite how trash this series is, arkham city is easily the best & only classic one in the series) 13. dkc returns (nice to see this one return wit the 4th best in the series behind dkc1, dkctf & ofcourse...dkc2) 12. god of war 3 (one of the most memorable games of the 7th gen packed wit many action packed moments, plus greatest boss battles of any game in the 7th gen) 11. fallout 3 (bethesda's best & most classic game, skyrim's also amazing but FO3 remains their best) 10. mass effect 2 (only one in the series worth playing and honestly the greatest wrpg game ever made. all u witcher 3 fanboys, FOH) 9. demon souls (the beginning of the greatest new ip series of the 7th gen and only improved wit every installment except dark souls 2) 8. xenoblade chronicles (the best traditional jrpg of the 7th gen atleast. probably the longest game of it's gen too) 7. super mario galaxy 1 & 2 (both are damn near equal, the 2nd might be a little better though but both are so close in quality that it's a tie) 6. bioshock 1 (straight up, best fps of the 7th gen. one of the top 3 greatest fps's of all time period) 5. red dead redemption (for real, rockstar's greatest game, better than SA. they'll probably never top this one since rdr2 & gta5 couldn't do it) 4. uncharted 2 (the greatest tps game of the 7th gen aswell as the most influiential game of it's gen, that or cod4. still the best uncharted) 3. dark souls (this could be anyone's no. 1 and i wouldn't question them. it's the best soulsborne game in the series beating out bloodborne and greatest jrpg & rpg overall of the 7th gen) 2. metal gear solid 4 (tbh this one's my favorite game of the gen but sometimes your favorites aren't the best. still, most memorable game of the 7th gen wit the most powerful storytelling in gaming) 1. the last of us part 1 (not just the best game of the 7th gen but the best game of the 2010s decade. 7th gen was naughty dog's gen undoubtably)

I kinda enjoy this game. Kinda. Yah, story sucks, controls are a little different, and the arena load screen level progression is annoying, but I still enjoy coming back to this game occasionally if I just want more gears. It’s not a terrible game, just decent. Still kinda fun especially for the Survival mode. Really fun to play as the Locust there.

i own a gtx 1060 6gb in 2019 as a student who didnt game for 2 years due to university studies , i saved up and got back to gaming , i was hugely disappointed with games in these generation , i started playing games from last gen i havent play at 1440 p and 60 fps , like mafia 2 La noir and other games and its extremly amazing games , games of this generation suck so much except a few like Red dead 2 and gow 4 which were nice

I'm gonna be honest, as much as I agree with your point about the voice acting quality, I think it adds to the game (IMO). Some of the deliveries or the voices themselves are incredibly strange and/or unsettling which I think does add to the atmosphere and strangeness of the game's characters and situations. I agree that the quality of the recordings for the voice actors could be fixed though.
